At Le Parvenu, it's easy to feel at home. The restaurant resides in a 75-year-old former tea house, since retrofitted with white-linen tables and art depicting the jazz era and bayou life. Reservations are highly recommended (504-471-0534), although you can peruse our charming gardens while you wait.
Our four dining rooms have been painted in warm, inviting hues, and the kitchen has been converted into a cozy bar area. In typical southern fashion, and whitewashed wraparound deck offers extended seating and great al fresco ambiance. In the spacious lawn, feel free to peruse our award-winning gardens. We offer fine dining in a business casual atmosphere.

Le Parvenu is happy to host your private event. We can easily accommodate
Bridal Luncheons, Showers & Teas, Rehearsal Dinners, Private & Business Dinner Parties, Business Luncheons, & Sunday Brunch. Although we will certainly accommodate your event in any fashion, it is suggested for larger parties to pre select menus from our "Fixed Price Menus".
Le Parvenu has a fully appointed bar and an award winning wine list with over 25 wines by the glass as well as Michael's famous "2 Glass Carafe". The restaurant is also available for larger private parties of 40 to 70 guests, including including weekdays and Sunday nights.
